As they were entering, two loud, dangerous growls were heard. Abheer's eyes widened at realisation.
Shit !! Bruno and Nick!!

Remeber them....

As you all know, they both are dangerous dogs, they both might be very possessive of family and do not like any stranger near them.

They came taking slow predetory steps towards Ruhanika growling at her. Ruhanika was terrified looking at these vicious dogs and tightened her hold on Adhiraj's hand.
Seeing them coming towards her, Vikram stood in front of her.

"Sit, Nick n Bruno!!" He commanded in stern voice.

Ohh, so basically they both are gifted to Abheer and Reyan by Vikram. They are quite friendly to family but in situations like this, they can be controlled only by Abheer, Reyan and Vikram.

They both immediately sat down lowering their heads at his feet. Vikram crouch down patting their heads.

"She is Ruhanika and she is family. So, no harm to her, okay?" He said to them. They both barked in a response making him smile.
Then,Vikram turned to Ruhanika forwarding her hand.

"Come here, Ruhanika."
"N..no, babasa. They are looking dangerous."
"Nothing will happen when I'm here. And they will not let you enter unless they get to smell you. Come on, they will just sniff you." Vikram said standing up.

Ruhanika looked at them only to see both are looking at her. She came slowly forward .
Vikram takes hold of her hand from Adhiraj and ,

"Come here" said to Bruno and Nick.
They both immediately came and Vikram made Ruhanika pat their head. They both sniff her saree and after a while lick her hand. Everyone stood amused there.

"Woooh, that was quite fast. You know Ruhi, they usually take lot of time to accept anybody. And this licking shows that they accept you." Said Reyan.

"Yes, Ruhi beta. We literally have to keep them in other rooms if we have any guest coming over." Said Gayatri.

Ruhanika smiled and patted their head.
"Thank you for being my friend." They bark at her being happy.

My chubby cheeks is quite a magician!! Her sweet aura makes everyone love her.

Thought Abheer. His thoughts were broke by Ayaan.

"Or maybe they have sensed Abheer bhaisa in her scent, that's why they accepted her knowing she is someone very special." Ayaan whispered so that only younger clan behind Abheer and Abheer can hear. Others snickered at his comment and Abheer just ignored them.

They entered living room and everyone sat on the sofa. Abheer sat beside Ruhanika holding baby in his hands. The dogs moved towards Reyan who was beside other side of Abheer and sat down by his feet.

Servants came with refreshments and served everyone.
Ruhanika took her juice and thanked them. She looked at her baby to find her peacefully sleeping.

"Didisa, we have a surprise for you in your room." Aishu said excitedly.
"What is it?" Asked Ruhanika.
"Do you want to see, come on let's..." She was cut off by Meera.

"No, we will have lunch first. Then, she will go to the room to rest. We cannot let her walk too much." She said. Aishu nodded saying okay.

They all moved towards dining room. To Ruhanika's surprise there was a crib placed beside the dining table.

"Ahhh, maa!! You spoiled it!" Aditi and Aishu whined looking at the crib.
Ruhanika stood there confused, then it clicked her.

Crib!! Baby swing was the surprise!!

Ruhanika smiled at them and said,
"It's okay, Aditi Aishwarya. But, the crib is really beautiful." She said moving towards the crib.

"Oh no, it's still not the surprise, Ruhi. Yes, the crib was the surprise, but this is not that crib." Said Abhiraj confusing her.

"Huh, means there are more cribs?"
Abhiraj smiled and nodded at her.

Abheer placed the baby in the swing not disturbing her sleep. Ruhanika sat on the nearby seat and Abheer beside her. Everybody took their places.
Lunch was done with lots of teasing, laughter and chats due to younger clan.
Ruhanika was also laughing at their bickering. Abheer was just stealing glances of her beautiful, chubby laughing face.

After lunch, they moved towards Ruhanika's room. Everyone was eager to see her reaction so all came with her to show her room.
Ruhanika was shocked when the door of the room opened.

At one side of room

Beside the bed

"It's so beautiful." Ruhanika whispered entering the room. Aditi and Aishu squealed looking at her shocking face.

"Yayyyy, you like itttt." They yelled doing happy dance.
Meera came forward to take the baby from Abheer. She took her and placed the baby in her cradle.

"You know, Ruhanika. We were thinking from where to buy the baby swing for her but nothing came up in our mind. That's when maasa suggested this beautiful idea to use Abheer's swing for her." Meera said smiling.
Abheer was on cloud 9 knowing that his princess will be using his baby swing.

Ruhanika eyes again welled up seeing their love. But before they fall,

"No, no, no!! Not again with your dam of tears! I swear, one day you will get dehydrated if you will cry so much." Reyan said wiping her tears and side hugged her comforting her.
All chuckled at his comment even Ruhanika.

"Thank you so much for doing this much for me and my baby. I will owe this to you all for my life time." Ruhanika said gratefully.

"Sss, kar diya na paraya hume! Bola hai na beti hai aap iss ghar ki, to yeh upkar ki bhasha kaha se ane lagi?!" Said Gayatri devi sternly. Others agreed with her.
(Why are you talking like this? We already told you, you're daughter of this family.)

I'm so sorry non-indian community but these are not exact translation of what I said.

"Maasa is right, beta. And we are doing for celebration of first grand child of Rathore family. You definitely don't owe to us for anything. Rather, we are grateful you and this angel came in our lives bringing so much happiness." Vikrant said.

Niharika and Aishu helped her settling in bed. They chatted for sometime.

"Okay, come on guys. We should leave now, she needs rest." Vikram said getting up. Others left on the cue except for Abheer.

After they left, Abheer sat beside her holding her hand. Ruhanika felt current passing through her veins by his touch.

"How are you feeling now? Do you like it here? Do you like this room?"

"I'm feeling better Abheer ji, in fact, much more happy here. Receiving so much love from everyone and you being by my side, I know I will not face any problem in the upcoming months." Ruhanika didn't know why she said 'you by my side' but she felt right to say so.

And here, it's Abheer's time to feel butterflies in his tummy hearing her.

Yes, jaan, I'll always be by your side.

He thought smiling at her.
He gave her her medicines and helped her lie down.

"I'll be in the room working on the couch. Tell me in case you need something, okay." Abheer said adjusting her quilt.

"No need Abheer ji. You should focus on your work now. We already troubled you too much these past days."

"Don't dare say that. My princess and you will never be trouble for me. You sleep, no need to tell me what to do." Abheer said his voice suddenly being cold. Ruhanika shivered at his words and could just nod at him. When Abheer moved to couch, her face flushed remembering his words.

What was that? Does he mean my baby and I are more important for him than his workk?

Ruhanika thought looking at his sitting figure.

My baby is so lucky to have Abheer ji in her life , even me too. Abhay would have been the same if he was here.....

Time skip to 4 pm

Reyan entered the room knocking. He saw Ruhanika sleeping. Abheer lifted his head from laptop hearing the knock.

"Abheer, Abhiraj, Ayaan and I are going to meet Brock and Claire. Is your work done? Join us." Reyan said to Abheer.

"Yeah, my work is done. I thought there must be too much work. But, I guess Abhiraj and Ayaan handled it perfectly in my absence. I'll be joining you guys." Abheer said. At the same time whimpering sound was heard from the cradle. Reyan and Abheer immediately moved towards her hearing baby's crying.

Abheer picked her up,
"Hii, dear. You woke up, had a good sleep?" Abheer said softly rocking her.

Due to baby's continuous cries, Ruhanika woke up. Reyan saw her struggling to sit and went to help her.
Abheer to walked towards them, and sat beside her.

"I guess, she is hungry. It's more than 5 hours since she is fed." Ruhanika nodded at him. He gently kept the baby in Ruhanika's lap.

"Just send maasa or kakisa to help me."

"Yes, I'm going now. I've to visit someone. I'll send someone to help you." Abheer said getting up and kissing baby's forehead.

"Bye, Ruhi. Bye, baby." Reyan said kissing Ruhanika and baby on cheeks. Ruhanika smiled at him and he followed Abheer.

She heard Reyan on their way out,
"She will finally be happy today seeing you after so many days."

Who is she..? And why my heart is aching with the thought him with someone else??

Ruhanika thought patting baby to calm it down.
Then, Meera Niharika and Gayatri entered the room.
Niharika helped Ruhanika feeding the baby, and other 2 sat beside her chatting.
