"She is living here since 2 months, Karan!" Abheer said shocking them all.
"What!" Rajput's stood up exclaming.

"What are you talking about Abheer? Say things clearly." Karan said in a little stern voice. Abheer so wanted to lash out on him for the way he talked, but controlled imagining himself in Karan's shoes.

"What is happening? Ruha, say something." Nitya asked making Ruhanika more nervous.

"Wo... actually...." she looked at Abheer who nodded in return.
".....I was working in Ra..thore university as a Professor. That was where I met Abheer ji first time, when he was chief guest in an annual event some months before. He happened to save me from fall...ing when I fainted due to exhaustion in my pregnancy." Ruhanika said making the ladies gasp.
Coz this thing was unknown to Rathores too.

Abheer looked at his princess who was just looking at him with doe eyes. She became shy a little and hid her face when Abheer smiled at her.

"He then waited for me to wake up and then himself dropped me home that day. Since then we became really good friends. He used to pick me up and drop me to college so that I don't get tired using public transport. He used to make sure if I had my lunch properly or not, or had my supplements or not. He used to check on me if my baby is troubling me." Ruhanika chuckled remembering that days. They have come so far!

"It all happened when it was Abhay's birth anniversary. I went to Maa's temple to pray for him, that's when I was attacked by some goons." She still felt a little scared remembering that day.

"Th..they tried to kill me. The pandit ji of temple who luckily saw them dragging behind the temple came to my rescue. He hit one of them grabbing all of their attention. So I took a chance and ran to save myself. But I didn't realise when the main road started while running and I was in front of a car!.....
Some next moments went in blur and I was just numb in pain. The only last thing I remember was being carried away while I kept clutching onto my belly just praying for my unborn's safety." A small sob left her mouth. Ladies all stood their teary eyes.

"The moment I opened my eyes, my head was hurting. I saw my left arm and shoulder in a big plaster, my ankle was fractured. All I can feel was lot and lot of pain all over my body. But in all that I could not feel my baby inside me." Her voice shivered a little.

"I panicked remembering the accident, the goons and attack. All I wanted to know was safety of my baby and that little life didn't leave me like her father!" Her tears left her eyes.

"It was Abheer ji who calmed me down. Who told me where I was, that my baby was fine and with me in this world. She was born prematurely, that's why kept in NICU for some days. Since then Abheer ji was with me in the hospital taking care of me. He didn't leave even for his important meetings to take care of me. I met whole Rathore family for the first time in hospital. They took care of me just the way you would've done maa-babasa. They used to sent all the 3 meals for me, used to come visit me everyday to not let me get bored.

I was told not to put pressure on my feets and much physical movement due to my fractures. That time I was so scared and worried that how would I manage myself and Abhaya once I was discharged. But, Rathores and Abheer ji came to my rescue. They told me that I have to come with them so that they can take care of me and help me with Abhaya. I was hesitant at first but their genuineness and care made me agree. I swear maa they literally made me feel like I was at my mayeka!" Rajput's smiled in tears when they saw how happily Ruhanika was describing about Rathores.

"They didn't let me do anything. Maasa used to feed me with her own hands. The younger clan was mostly busy with Abhaya. They took care of me a lot in initial days when I was healing. And Abheer ji was always there. You know bhaisa, it was Abheer ji only who named Abhaya!" Ruhanika said smiling at Abheer.

Karan looked at them both a little suspiciously. He was like daal mein kuch jyada hi kala hai!(😅)

"Some days before only, I told him that I wish to meet you all." Rajput's were surprised with her statement.
"And he even tricked me saying that we will be going to Jaisalmer after Rakshabandhan. I didn't even had a slightest idea that you will be today's guest." Ruhanika completed.

Nikhil ji came in front of Abheer a d said joining his hands.
"Thank you so much beta. If not for you I can't even imagine where would I find my laado! Thank you for saving her, for taking care of her during her hard times. My thanks won't be even enough for whatever you've done!" Abheer immediately held his hands with one hand as other was holding Abhaya.

"No kakasa, don't thank me. Please, I did what I thought I should. Don't embarrass me by thanking." He said politely. Nikhil patted his back in response. All Rajput's thanked Rathore's for taking care of their laado.

"I'm so grateful to have you as my friend. Thank you so so much." Karan said embracing Abheer.
"But why didn't you tell me when I asked you about her on the day I came to meet you?" Karan asked pulling back.

"I thought to tell you then, but you received kakisa's call telling you to come home quickly. So I thought that I should let you guys directly meet instead of telling each other." Abheer said making them all smile.

"Well, I am really glad you did that." Karan said side-hugging Ruhanika who smiled at him.

"We should take your leave now." Nitya said eyeing Nikhil.
"Yes. It's already evening. We should leave now." Nikhil said joining their hands.

"Ruhanika come on go and pack your and baby's clothes, so that we can leave." Karan said making Ruhanika's and Rathore's smile drop from their faces.

"Wo...." Ruhanika stuttered to deny them.
"What happened?" Nikhil asked looking at his daughter's nervous face.

"There is something more you guys should know." Vikram said knowing that matter should be in elder's hands now.

"What is it?" Mahesh asked.
"Actually, there was one more reason to keep Ruhanika with ourselves." Meera said standing beside Vikram.

"What are you talking about Meera? Tell us clearly." Nitya asked confused with them talking in riddles.

"We like Ruhanika!" Niharika said shocking all of them.
"What!?!?" All except Niharika yelled as in what she was saying.

"I mean as our daughter-in-law!" Rathores heaved a sigh of relief but now Rajput's were more than shocked.

"WHAT!?"
"What are you even talking about Niharika beti? Ruhanika as in your daughter-in-law? For whom?" Sushma asked looking at Ruhanika who just lowered his head.

"For me dadisa! I love Ruhanika and wish to marry her, of course with you al's permission!" Abheer spoke interrupting Niharika who nodded.

Rajput's stood stunned knowing this. They just looked between Abheer and Ruhanika who stood lowering her head in fear.

"Ruhanika what is all this?" Nitya asked in stern voice scaring her more. But Nikhil held Nitya's hand to calm her down.

"Laado, explain us everything. Do you love him too? Do you agree with his decision to marry you?" Nikhil asked.

"I lov..love him too babasa! And I wish to marry him, with al...l your per...mission this time!" She said looking at Nikhil with teary eyes. Nikhil sighed looking in between them, who both didn't seem to go back on their decision.

"Have you thought about it deeply Abheer? She is with a child. And a child in new relationship is a big responsibility! You're getting what am I saying? Are you ready for this?" Nikhil asked Abheer being serious.

"I have thought about all of it very thoroughly kakasa. Having my princess and Ruhanika all to myself would be the biggest happiness in my life! Giving Abhaya my name will be a great honour to me! You can't even imagine how much peace I've felt in last months since I met Ruhanika, which I didn't get with all my power and a beautiful family. They both complete me! I promise you to cherish your daughter and my daughter for the rest of my life! Please accept me as a part of your family and husband of your laado." He said sincerely looking into his eyes. Nikhil felt pride on his laado's choice. She can get no one better than Abheer. Rajput ladies smiled with tears seeing Abheer loving their laado to such a great extent.

Nikhil looked at Vikram with stern expression. Looking at him Rathores started thinking that there's going to be much more time to convince Rajputs.

"Meera bhabhisa, kuch muh meetha karwane keliye le aiye!" He said with a serious expression.
(Meera bhabhisa, bring some sweets.)

"Huh?" Rathores looked at him confused.
"Samdhi jo banne ja rahe hai ab hum!" Nikhil said making them all hoot. The kids looked startled at first looking at the elder monkeys who were hugging each other.
(We are going to be family after all.)

Abheer and Ruhanika looked at each other with smile while happy tears filled in her eyes. Abheer kissed her forehead and then his princess's.

"Congratulations jaan! Bas kuch hi din aur, fir aap, hum aur humari princess humesha keliye sath rahenge!" She nodded. Before she could reply anything, she was pulled by Adu-Aishu in a bone crushing hug, followed by all ladies. Same goes with Abheer, while Abhaya was getting crushed in between all that.
(Congratulations jaan! Just some more days, then our princess, you and I will live together for life time!)

"Badhai ho, badhai! Hume toh laga tha abhi aur kuch samay jayega aapki ha aane mein, pr yaha toh aap ek jhatke mein maan gaye." Meera said holding Nitya's hands.
(Congratulations! We all thought that it will take some more time to convince you all, but you agreed in one go only!)

"Ab Abheer ko kya hum jante nahi. Inse accha koi aur humare laado keliye ho hi nahi sakta. Aur iss baar humare beti ka dil todkar hum wahi galti dohrana nahi chahte!" Nitya said looking at Ruhanika's happy face who was with Arohi, Adu-Aishu.
(Don't we know Abheer! Our laado can never get anyone better than him. And this time, we don't want to repeat the same mistake again by breaking our laado's heart.)

"Pichle 8 mahino se isi tension mein the humari laado kis haal mein hogi. Kyu ki jis tarah Abhay keliye apne parivar se ladh gayi, hum bas soch sakte the unke jaane se kya gujri hogi uspe! Pr jab use unse move on karte dekh rahe hai, woh bhi Abheer jaise ladke ke saath, toh humari bhi chinta dur ho jati hai!" Nikhil said standing beside Nitya who nodded in agreement.
(From last 8 months, we were so tensed for her. Coz the way she fought for Abhay with her family, we could just imagine what she must've gone through after his demise! But now that we see her moving on from him with sich a nice guy, we also can be relieved!)

"Abhay ko na apanane ka bhi yahi reason tha. The army people's lives are way too much unpredictable! Plus he was major, that meant he had continuous postings on camp or near-border areas. Ruhanika must have been always worried for his safety. And no parents would want to give their daughter to such family where she will always worry for her husband's safety! Plus he was orphan! How could have we guaranteed our daughter with him?
Ruhanika is already way too much soft-hearted, and you know how miserable it can be to loose your other half to destiny!

And in the end, what we feared happened! She lost him for forever. It was fortunate that she decided to give herself another chance! Coz in manier cases people don't usually move on, that too with a kid along!" Nitya said making Rathores understand their worries.

It was true any parent would want their daughter to be settled in a well-doing and happy family. Not always wealth of groom is seen. Their worry was right at it's place where they just wanted to give a secured future to their daughter and not the one where she could see death so closely!

That's why it is said, it's not people who are bad, it's just the perspective to look at the situation!

"Its so true whatever you said! We can just be glad that Maa Kaali again chose to bless us with happiness! May our kids stay happy like this only!" Gayatri Devi said making them all pray.

"I had a doubt on you since the moment you went to them when Ruhanika was consoling my crying bhanji! The way you were so gentle with them both, the way you were smiling, I never saw hukumsa so soft, right Reyu?" Karan asked teasing Abheer.

"It's just the trailer bro! You didn't even know what he does for Ruhanika. Specifically, what gudiya makes him do is really hilarious! Do you even know that she doesn't go to anyone else when Abheer is in the room? Not to even Ruhanika!" Reyan said making Karan amuse.

"Really?!" He asked.
"Hmm. Try na and see her antics." He said insisting Karan to take Abhaya from Abheer.

Karan took Abhaya from Abheer when she was not looking at him. Abhaya once in his arms looked at Karan first and then Abheer who was in front of her. In no seconds her lower lip started quivering and fat tears started filling her eyes looking at Abheer.

She forwarded her hands to Abheer asking him to take her. Karan and Reyan laughed at her while Abheer chuckled at his naughty princess. He took her in his arms while she immediately clutched onto his kurta not wanting anyone to take her. She hid her face in his neck making Abheer pat her back.

"See! She is the biggest dramebaaz in the house!" Reyan said. Karan nodded at his comment smiling at the baby who was peeking from Abheer's neck to look at him.

"Baby, he is your mamu na. Don't you want to go to him ha!" Abheer asked showing her Karan. She first looked at Abheer and then at Karan. She kept looking at him as he anticipated her reaction. While Abheer and Reyan already known to her antics, knew what is going to happen.

When Karan forwarded his hands towards her she immediately turned around clinging onto Abheer more. She whimpered faking, knowing very well Abheer won't give her if she did the same!

"Okay, okay. No one will take you, hmm." He cooed her patting her back.

"My goodness! She is already dada's princess huh!" Karan exclaimed caressing her head.
"More than dada's princess! You see her and she is just 2 and half months. Maa Kaali knows what is going to happen when she is toddler!" Reyan said to which other 2 chuckle.

"My princess is going to be best baby, I know!" Abheer said kissing her cheeks. Abhaya giggles when his beard tuckled her.

Meanwhile, Ruhanika was with younger clan and Arohi.

"Finally, you are officially going to be my bhabhima!" Aishu said hugging Ruhanika.
"I thought you already consider me as one." Ruhanika teased pulling out.
"That you are! But now you will be officially a Rathore! So the bond is more strong, no!" Aishu stated her logic making others chuckle.

"A heartiest congratulations, Ruha! May Maa Kaali keep you always happy!" Arohi said hugging her.
"Thank you so much, bhabhisa. I'll try to best sister-in-law, daughter-in-law and wife just like you are!" Ruhanika said.

"Well, I don't think that would be any problem. You are already a best bhabhima...." Arohi gestured looking at younger clan who nodded.
".....a daughter I would rather say and about being a best wife, it won't be a problem seeing you and Abheer sa love each other so much!" She said making Ruhanika smile.

"Thank you so much." Ruhanika said. She looked at Karan's babyboy in Arohi's arms who was looking at her only.
"Bui ke pas ana chhotu?" Ruhanika asked forwarding her hands to him. The babyboy instantly smiled and jumped into her arms. She kissed his cheeks at his cute behaviour.

Ayaan, Abhiraj congratulated her too with a forehead kiss. Arohi smiled at her bond with Rathores.

Suddenly, Shekhawat entered grabbing their attention. Abheer went towards him to know what brought him there.

"What is it?" He asked.
"Hukum, it's Raj Purohit ji. His shishya called saying that they are in Jaipur and will be arriving in 10 min!" He said. Abheer nodded, used to with sudden visits of Raj Purohit ji.

He nodded making Shekhawat bow before leaving.

He went towards others,
"Raj Purohit ji is coming in 10 min. He is in Jaipur." Abheer said making Rathore ladies smile.
"Are wah! Abhi rishte ki baat chhidi nahi aur Purohit ji swayam tarikh nikalne agaye!" Niharika's comment earned laughter from all of them.
(Wow! We just discussed about their marriage and Purohit himself came to fix the dates!)

"So true! Today is anyway very auspicious day! It will be more than fine to decide date of their wedding. Is that fine with you kakisa, bhaisaab, Nitya?" Meera asked Rajput's.

"Of course. I have heard he is very great Pandit of Kashi. It will be very good if he is doing this himself." Nikhil said making others smile.

Mere ghar mein toh bohot se phatake phoot gaye hai Diwali ke pehle hi! Result jo lag gaya. And as I expected, I failed! I was very well prepared for this, but still somewhere I hoped that I will pass at least one of the 2 groups!

But no worries! Ab meri bidaai mere mama ke ghar karwa di gayi hai! 2 months I'll be at his home for studies and then attempting my exam again in Jan 2025!
Wish me luck guys! Coz agar main achha padhungi toh chhutiyo mein aap logo keliye likh paungi! Mere liye na sahi aap logo ko time-to-time updates milte rahe iskeliye hi dua kardo!

Comment how was the chp! I know some people might be thinking why Ruhanika's family agreed so quickly and all! But think from my perspective guys, kyu itna drama chahiye life mein! Real mein already bohot chal raha kuch dino se, fictional mein aur nako😅!

Since last 2-4 chp I was really anticipating you guys' comments as they were really thrilling and exciting ones, to me at least! But in the end I got really disheartened when no body comments!
